We pride ourselves on being a local builder. We only build in Colorado and we truly understand what our homeowners are looking for in their homes.

Our goal is to create opportunities for more Coloradoan's achieve homeownership in a market that becomes more expensive by the day. We do this by creating various types of homes that can fit your needs and your budget - single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

We choose locations strategically based on the proximity to major highways, schools, recreation, entertainment, and employment centers.

In February of 2020, Lokal Homes closed our 1,000th home, and in Dave's words, "[it] was downright magical."
