An excellent experience with our first new construction home.  We looked at a number of home builders in the area and just were not satisfied with some of the other builders model homes, they would have sagging siding, soft spots in floors wrinkles in the roofing etc. We were being very critical of model homes. If the model homes show flaws we did not want a mass production of the same. I feel like the Lokal homes are very well constructed with quality materials and craftsmanship.
