Emergency Warranty Requests

WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY EMERGENCY IN MY HOME?
Please call our emergency phone at 720-295-5818 and be prepared to give your name, address and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. One of our team members will return your call within 30 minutes to assist.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AN EMERGENCY?

  • Gas Leak – if you smell gas, please evacuate the home, and Call 911. They will direct you to your gas company. If the leak is not fixed by the gas company, please contact the plumber.
  • Total Loss of Electricity - Please verify that the neighborhood has power and that all Breakers and GFCI’s have been reset. Contact the Electrician.
  • Loss of Heat – If outdoor temperature is below 45 degrees and you have one furnace, please call HVAC.
         Note: if you have 2 furnaces and one is operational, please send an email to your Home Care Advisor who will respond on the next business day.
         Note: Lack of A/C is not considered an emergency. please send an email to your Home Care Advisor who will respond on the next business day
  • Plumbing Leaks – Determine source of leak and mitigate against any further damage. Turn water off at the source. Contact Plumber immediately.
