Review and sign your contract with your Community Sales Professional. Here you will review all the pre-selected options in your home and be sure everything is perfect. Let's celebrate! Welcome to the Lokal Family.

Choose from our design portfolios to customize the interior of your new home. We have professionally designed collections for all styles and budgets!

Discuss your financial home-buying objectives with one of the Lokal Specialists at our preferred lender, Colten Mortgage.

Meet with your Construction Manager to review your new home options and walk your townhome or condo. You're in great hands! We are here to answer any questions you have and be sure you know what to expect along every stage in the process.

It's time to break ground and officially begin construction of your dream home! One step closer to moving in to your dream home! Before the shovel hits the dirt you will have a pre-construction meeting with your Construction Manager.

Review the progress and final construction details of your new home with your Construction Manager. Things start to move fast! You will attend a Pre-Drywall Meeting with your Construction Manager to check out locations of everything behind the walls before drywall goes up! 

*Bring your camera or smartphone! We encourage you to take photos and videos at this stage so you can refer back to where plumbing, electrical, and HVAC items are located.

Take part in your home orientation to learn about all of your home's features, operating systems, appliances, and maintenance. We are here to answer all of your questions about your home!

Complete a final walkthrough and sign your closing documents to receive keys to your new home. It's official, you're a homeowner!
