Colten Mortgage is an extension of the Lokal team, and they work together with you and your sales specialist to ensure a seamless mortgage experience.

Supports our Charities

Brent’s place is the only “Safe-Clean” housing facility in the Rocky Mountain region approved by Children’s Hospital Colorado for patients with compromised immune systems and The Challenge Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that helps smart, ambitious, and hard-working students break the cycle of poverty through education opportunities. When you buy with Lokal Homes, you are participating in something bigger; you are supporting the families of both foundations. $150 from each closing is donated to Brent’s Place and The Challenge Foundation.
