 Construction Manager Brandon Rivera and Community Sales Manager Nick Mena are two of the most flexible and positive individuals at Lokal Homes and each is a true ambassador of the company core value 'Collaborate and Inspire'.  Both have supported multiple Lokal communities over the past year and have made each neighborhood a better place through their hard work and commitment to improving our customers’ experience.  THANK YOU Nick and Brandon for your contributions and for always lending a hand when others need help!

Two of the best representatives of the Lokal Homes Core Value “Collaborate and Inspire” are Jeff Powles and Chris Hayes. Both work in our Land Department and manage our HOA and Land Development functions. In addition to both being experts in their professional fields they each enjoy the outdoors with Jeff leading group fishing excursions and Chris participating in Spartan races in their spare time. 

But above all they are also just two of the best people you’d ever want to work with and WE appreciate all they do for our homeowners, business partners and fellow Lokal team members!

A true ambassador of the Lokal Homes Core Values, Holly Huffman does so much for our team to keep our construction processes on track for our communities.  An avid traveler and dog lover, Holly never hesitates to jump in if we have an emergency or new project and she is greatly respected by our internal team and our external trade partners.  WE appreciate all you do Holly, and you bring the #SUAKA each and every day!
