LOKAL HOMES COVID-19 UPDATES

Like all of you, Lokal Homes has been monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation and listening to guidance by our local, state, and federal governments. The situation is fluid, with new information and new recommendations coming in daily.  As a locally owned company, our commitment has always been to serve and protect our extended Lokal family which includes our customers, trade partners, team members and all the communities in which we build homes.  As such, our most urgent priority is doing our best to slow and/or prevent this pandemic from spreading.

With the recent statewide Stay at Home order, we wanted to confirm that our model homes and construction operations are still open.  The public order has identified the construction of housing as an essential business in Colorado and we will do our part to make sure that we are supporting the economy, while keeping our prospective homebuyers, customers, employees and trade partners safe.
 
Please know that we have several options for you to continue your home search either virtually or within the designated social distancing requirements.  If your home is currently under construction, please reach out to your sales person directly prior to visiting the sales office so that we can accommodate any requests for future walk throughs of your home.  If you are a homeowner and have a warranty request, please understand that we are only handling emergency warranty calls at this time.  If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911. If you have an emergency that involves no water or heat, please call our emergency warranty line at 720-693-0740 .
