The Face of Homebuilding

Lokal Homes, founded in 2012, began from a vision created by Dave Lemnah after receiving an eye-opening education from his experience working for a national production homebuilder. Lokal’s Core Purpose as a company is truly all-encompassing—‘We Build Opportunities’.

Lokal Homes is dedicated to building attainable housing in a market with rising home prices. They build condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes throughout Denver, including Colorado Springs and Fort Collins: homes are priced from $270K to over $1M. With the help of their 60 employees and a senior leadership team with over 140 combined years of industry experience, Lokal has closed over 850 homes in Colorado.

Lokal Homes is focused on incorporating thoughtful design elements, including an impressive line of standard features, and providing an unrivaled customer experience. Their entire team calls Colorado home, and their in-house architecture team allows them to add special touches that fellow Coloradans will appreciate. Lokal Homes also supports the dream of homeownership through a partnership with its affiliated mortgage company, Colten Mortgage. Lokal also actively supports the communities it builds in and has donated over $215,000 to Brent’s Place and The Challenge Foundation since 2013.

In just a few short years, Lokal Homes has become the largest private production homebuilder based in Denver as well as being ranked in the Top 200 of all homebuilders in the country. Additionally, Lokal has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies every year since 2016 and this year ranked #51 on the DBJ’s list of Denver’s largest private companies. In 2019. Lokal Homes was also awarded the “Best Local Production Builder” by the Homebuilder and Associates in Partnership (HAP) for the second year in a row.
